How long does it take to put up a website?
That is really up to you in most cases. You need to provide the content, pictures and we work on the layout and decide on website name. It could take anywhere from 1-3 weeks
Who owns the Domain or Website name?
The domain is registered in your name and you 'own' it.
Do I have to buy any software?
Thats depends on two things. First, if you want to use a feature that is currently not offered and will probably never be offered then yes you would have to pay for the software.

Second, if you use an Add-On or product that you update (Such as Shopping Cart) then yes you would have to purchase the product. Anything product that needs to be loaded on your computer would need to be purchased

No, we just like thier products, pricing and the support they offer
How do I know if the web site name I want to use is taken?
This is easy to determine. Follow this link to Go Daddy and on the main page there is a box to start your search for available web site names
Do I have to buy my own web space?
Mostly likely you would have to purchase a Hosting Service or space from one of the Internet Hosting Service Providers such as Go Daddy or any of the other well known providers

The free web space you might get from your home or business internet provider is usually very limited in features, give you minimal space, they clutter your web site with advertising and do not allow you to have your own distinct website name. This is an option we can try before you select a Hosting Provider.
Is there a monthly or yearly maintenance fee?
You will have to renew your website name and agreement with your Hosting Provider on a yearly basis. There is no monthly maintenace fee or renewal fee with ABC Your Website

If you need frequent content changes or need to change and add features, we can look at the most economical approach that works best for everyone
Are more themes available or can I create my own?
Depends on the software product, in most cases yes. Use this link to see all the themes available for each of the 'Add-On' products. Follow the link on the right side called 'Browse by Program'
Why can't I use the web space provided by the company that provides by internet access?

Can I use a product not offered by Coffee Cup?
That will depend on the product and how well it integrates with the other software used to develop your website. Each request will need to be handled on a case by case basis. Coffee Cup provides almost all the software for this website
What does content changes mean, what if I need more?
From time to time there may be information on your web site that needs to be changed such as a new picture, a special offering or you want to change the wording on a page. Whatever it is you need to change your entitled to a certain number of them over a time period. A content change is informational rather than a change to the site's design
Can I see some examles of what ABC Your Website has done?
We are a new start up company and have not done any commerical websites. All the web site development has been for our own personal use
What is Search Engine Submission?
Search engines like Google, Yahoo!, or Bing are the way your potential clients will likely find your site. Search engine submission ensures that the top search engines will find your site in a timely manner. We handle this all for you
Who owns the website?
The source data, pictures, content, HTML code etc are all owned by you. If you decide to switch to another Web Designing company, all the above will be provided to you in the format we use at no cost. We use various software development tools and the source files will be provided, not the software programs. A list of those programs will be provided upon request

We have tested the website extensively under Internet Explorer 7 & 8, Opera, Chrome and Firefox. The software vendor for the products we use have tested under most of the major browsers and all pages are W3C compliant and validate perfectly.
